Casa Do Valle - Sintra

I loved our room with a balcony and fine views. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning, such a nice touch! The atmosphere was calm and serene. The pool in the gardens was a good bonus. Highly recommend this place 😊

Overall it was a fantastic stay as on a road trip. Bright and gorgeous room, the bathroom was nice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were a sitting area, a kettle, and a toaster too.

Excellent service, parking on-site. Exceptionally clean and new-fashioned room and magnificent view to the valley and castles. Location so close to moorish castle and palacio da pena, the Sintra sights, and the best restaurant.

Would book here again, I loved this place. The breakfast is enjoyable and delightful, includes lots of meals. The atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable.

Difficulties with parking due to size constraints!!! Access is challenging because of steep hills!!! Bathroom amenities could definitely use improvement!!!

My partner and i stayed at casa do valle for our honeymoon, and it was very good! The cozy atmosphere and fine views of the beautiful landscape made our relaxing spa holiday so special. Definitely a serene getaway just a short walk from the center of sintra.

Fine views of Pena Palace and Moorish Castle from the grounds. Peaceful garden filled with fresh fruits was a nice surprise to discover.

Getting there by car can be tricky, with insufficient signage and a very steep 400-500 meter walk to the main square. The bathroom sink had a noticeable sewer odor due to the lack of a U joint, which could easily be fixed.

The great staff enhanced our experience, turning breakfast into a good highlight as they served a variety of healthy options each morning, with some days allowing us to enjoy our meal on the balcony overlooking fine views. A wonderful touch was having the option of in-room dining. Navigating our way from the train station proved challenging, as the suggested routes involved steep hills was good. The small parking space could be tricky for those less experienced with parking.

The fine views of the valley and castles were amazing! Loved the shared kitchen and the warm, clean rooms. Breakfast had room for improvement, though- it lacked variety and detail 😅

I spent two nights with family in a cozy space. The views from my room were great. One night, I enjoyed the swimming pool after a day of walking. The staff helped me find a yoga instructor for a morning session in the garden. It was nice to practice outdoors. I recommend allowing time to walk to the town, as it's a bit uphill. I appreciated the attention to detail and overall atmosphere. Being from New York, these experiences are what I look for.

The signage for directions was not clear. Walking back from town involved steep hills, which could be hard for some.

I had an very nice time at this hotel. It was just a short and pleasant walk to quinta da regaleira and the center of town, so i could easily explore the beautiful sights without any hassle.
